DESIGN FEATURES Rod end for hydraulics with internal thread in solid execution-long thread, which has a larger wheel-base compared to the types TAPR..U and TAPR..N. Body in steel C45 forging up to dimension 60. From dimension 70 on,the body is made of spheroidal cast iron. It has a ball joint found to conform to the requiremets of ISO 12240-1, series E, fixed inside the head through elastic rings. Complete with lubricator with Gas thread for lubrication. The shank is slivered so to create a sprang anchor thread through two hexagonal screws fixed to conform to the requirements of DIN 912.

FIELD OF APPLICATION Rod end with a particular shape for hydraulic cylinders. The strong structure allows maximum wheel-bases of hitching with a maximum exploitation of the stroke.

FIELD OF APPLICATION: Particularly recommended for hydraulic cylinders, where our design allows maximum stroke lenght with minimum closed centers.

It is differs from the previous type because the connector is grooved so as to produce a locking device with two hexagonal screws, according to DIN 912.

FIELD OF APPLICATION: Same applications are the TAPR...N series but with the advantage that It guarantees better and greater fixing to the pivot thread.

DESIGN FEATURES: Hydraulic rod end with connector having a longer internal thread than that of the TAPR...N and TAPR ...U series. Designed with a threaded location system given that the connector is grooved, can be relubricated through a grease lubricator in the end through the pivot. This type was designed in accordance with regulation DIN 24338 - ISO 6982 for assembly on to hydraulic cylinders. The internal bearing (according ISO 12240-1 series W) is characterised by cylindrical extension on all sides so that the diameter of the bore corresponds with the width of the bearing. The body is made from C45 steel. From dimension 70mm to dimension 100 is made from C45 or spheroidal cast iron. From dimension 110 the body is made from spheroidal cast iron.

FIELD OF APPLICATION: For cylinders made in accordance with CETOP RP 58 H, DIN 24333, DIN 24336, ISO 6020/1 and ISO 6022; can be used also for the other types.
